First off you need a webhost that allows you to run proxy scripts. Check their TOS and everything and make sure your webhost allows proxy scripts. Usually with whatever you do you might slide under the radar but not with proxies. Proxy eat away at the CPU and have huge red flags for any webhost. My personal suggestion is to get a VPS.

This proxy script is really good and really liked it after viewing the source code. Whoever the writer is really went the extra mile for a good scripting parsing everything possible. Virustotal scans are never good for scanning for PHP back-doors so what you would want to do is check manually if it has some type of backdoor – namely checking for keywords like eval() or base64_decode().
After having it installed and running then you need to spread it which is a lot easier than it sounds. These proxy sites go viral very easy esecially when they have a good proxy script. You may also want to set it up so it’s perfect for kids and people at work/school like this http://www.worksite.com/work/
where /work/ is the proxy directory.
To spread it post it on social sites add facebook share button.

After signing up edit your code to show BLUE normal anchor color links and single underline.
What you need to is add the follow line after this line in index.php:
$string = $this->mass_replace($to_replace, $string);
Add:
$string = $string.'infolinkscodehere';
Replace infolinkscode here with your infolinks code (but keep the quotes in there). Now everyone using your proxy will have an extremely high click-through rate and you will be making tons of $$$ while you watch your proxy site go viral with your blackhat methods you already know (SEO, social networking, etc).
