There are many ways to make money online, but to make a living online is not for everyone. It involves a lot of work and you have to learn many new things. Go to Google keyword tool and do an exact search for a keyword in your niche that get between 2000 – 6000 searches per month. If you want to target more traffic you need to work and invest a lot more but that is fine if you think you can handle it. When you have found a keyword, download Traffic Travis, the free version will do just fine and then do a keyword research. If the top ten domains for the keyword you target include youtube videos, squidoo lenses, ezine articles etc and no .com has the exact keyword in its domain you are good to go. If not, you need to continue looking or prepare yourself for a hard battle to get to the top. You are now ready to buy a domain and if the .com is taken you can put site, online or X after your keyword and if that is not working just go for .net and .org. Namecheap is a good domain supplier that I can recommend.

How to set up a money site?

To make money online you need a good looking website. The easiest way to get this is to install wordpress. WordPress is a great platform to use, because you can get so many nice themes and plugins that makes your life so much easier, when it comes to building your website. When you searching for a theme, look for a theme that has colors that fits
the affiliate offers you promote or feels good to the service or product you building your site around. You can always buy premium themes but fThemes and New Wp Themes provides free premium themes that I think look nice.

If you don’t have any of your own stuff to promote you can start with affiliate marketing. Clickbank is good place to start but to find the best offers in Clickbank you need to head over to cbengine and start searching for products in your niche. If the gravity of a product is below 100 or over 250, don’t go for it. There are many other affiliate platforms so continue to search, you will find new stuff along the way.

How to get traffic?

When you are ready with your site and got your first post done, it is time to start getting your site indexed. Go to Profit instruments quick indexer and submit your site. Then it is time to add your rss feed to feedage.com and ping your site and rss feed with pingler. You can also write an article and submit it to triond, snipsly or ezinearticles to get your site indexed faster. When you search for your site in Google and you find it, it is time to submit post number 2. To get your site indexed can take a couple of hours or even a couple of days but hang on, it will be indexed.

Now you have to social bookmark your site and do a press release. This can take a lot of time but to save time it is nice to use Fiverr. Go to Fiverr and get your press release written and then let it be submitted to press release sites, this will cost you ten bucks, but it is worth it. Now look for a gig that will submit your site manually to at least 20 bookmarking sites. Make sure you go with the highest rated gig suppliers. You have spent 15 bucks but in the end it is nothing compare to the work you didn’t have to do.

You are now ready to start with backlink building. The most common link building technique is to write articles and then leave your keyword in the text in an anchor text format. To write articles is time consuming but when you learn how to do it, it will be a great benefit for you in the future. If you don’t want to do it just head over to Fiverr and let someone else do it for you. Blog commenting is another method and it works well if you do it right. To use scrapebox and blast your url to thousands of blogs is not so smart. You need to find the blogs with good page rank and target them and then use a software or just do it manually. Scrapebox is a great tool to find high pr blogs with.

Another common method is to create profiles on high pr forums. You leave your links in the Signature or Biography box and hope that they will stick. There are many services that do link building and if you got a budget to buy backlinks that is a time saver, but if your budget is small, you need to work. To pay for a link wheel is expensive and if you have some time over you can build one yourself. It gives you a nice push in the search engines. A linkwheel is a set of web2.0 sites that links to your site and then links to each other. The first thing you need to do is to write an article with around 500 words in it.Now spin that article with spinnerchief (free software). Create one post at each web2.0 sites you use and leave a link back to your site and then a link to another web2.0 site in your link wheel. One more thing, 99% of the people online never take action so if you just do it you got an enormous advantage!
